Through Hatha Yoga and vivid discussions of “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” we enter into an experience of Yoga in today’s world. We take an experiential look at “Yama and Niyama” the ethical precepts of the “Yoga Sutras.”
Yama and Niyama are not impersonal laws. They are ways to open our lives to face this world.
This workshop will change the way you look at yourself.
You will gain a new respect and compassion for who you truly are and no longer act as if life is small and limited.
Know that the whole world is open to you. Yama and Niyama will teach you how to dwell deeper in life and offer you the opportunity to Be the Change.

In this workshop you will learn how to support your partner, and equally important you will learn how to receive support. We, as Yogis, know that relaxation not only makes one more effective in our lives and careers, but happier. Through postures, breathing and Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) you learn how to engage the parasympathetic nervous system. The Subversive Act of Relaxation teaches that relaxation is not only OK, but essential to a fulfilled life.

In this workshop we learn several techniques that will still the mind so we can create the life we want. Meditation allows you to journey in a state of freedom. Come learn that freedom and know that you are much more than you have ever imagined.
